A thank you...

Here is a little note from one of eFaucets customers:

This is a note of appreciation.
This afternoon your Customer Rep "Ruby" helped me locate two shower wall sprays that were being rebilled in error to my wife's AM EX account.The reason was simply a delay in acknowledging receipt of the returned package RGA BZ28990 sent to your warehouse several weeks ago.
I had a frustrating morning checking with UPS; however, Ruby led me to believe she could help....put me on hold for a few minutes, called the warehouse confirmed receipt of the shower sprays and arranged to have a credit reapplied to my wife's American Express account......all on the same telephone call!
Ruby should be commended for providing this customer with complete satisfaction.
